Best tips when starting a healthy lifestyle.

Many people think that living a healthy life is by totaly ending your bad habits and starting new good ones.

Believe me, from a personal experience, you will utterly fail.

Why is that ? Because in few days you will feel that you are not living a real life and you will start restoring your habits once more.

And what will this lead to ? Your life will be worse than before and your habits will be worse.

Why do you think I am saying this ? Because there is nothing on life that can be done hastily and your lifestyle planning is absolutely such a thing.

Then what should you do ? When you think about healthy lifestyle , there are some things which you start thinking about such as diet, exercise, sleep, social.

1-Diet

Your diet is definitely one of the first things you think about when trying to lose weight. Why is that ? Because people always think that a good lifestyle comes from immediately stopping yourself from eating unhealthy food, but do you know what this leads to ? It leads to you coming back fiercely and with a bigger appetite for food. I tried before and it happened to me. Then what should you do ? First you should start changing for a completely unhealthy lifestyle to a bit less unhealthy lifestyle then when you get used to it lessen it a bit more and go on this way till you only eat it from time to time. And this way you will feel that the time you eat this unhealthy food once in while to be special, thus changing your appetite completely to a healthy one. 2- exercise

Exercises can very exhausting for many people, but did you know that that just walking can be a healthy exercise as it helps you burn calories more systematically and you can also get used to it slowly. And you should also take breaks do not start by making it an every day routine as you will get bored quickly. And you should also find a companion for exercise to make this time an anticipatory moment for you to chat and run with your companion and never get bored. 3- social

Your social life can also be a determining factor for your mental health. In a part in my life, I lost touch with all my friends and did not try to make new ones which led me to feeling that my life has no meaning or purpose, but when I got in touch with them again, I felt inexplicable happiness that steamed from my heart. And this also can be a problem in our today life. Where communications have become easier, but many relationships have become weak. So we should change this getting in touch with many friends can get you interested in many things which you ignored before. So start making friends with people filled of hope not depressing ones. 4- sleep

Sleep is not just a part of our everyday life, but it can also determines your health and your day. A good sleep means a good day. Did you know that ? People are always trying to stay up late trying to do pointless things which they can do at any other time. If you are looking for a healthy lifestyle, you should consider good sleeping habits.And I would like to talk about it in more depth in my next posts.

I have many things I want to say but I think It is better to start by making things short as not to get people bored.
